What’s Been Going On

Here’s an update of what we’ve been up to this past week…we are soaking up the company of our most treasured friends before we hit the road!  Last Wednesday we went to a trampoline park named Defy Gravity with the Hart’s.  They have been like family to us nearly ever since we moved to the great state of NC!  It was really fun!  The next day we went to a park named Medoc State Park with some more friends, the Petrillo’s.  They have been like family since before all us Retty kids were even born!  We’re really gonna miss them all when we leave NC.  Besides all that fun stuff, we have been working around the rig making it feel more homey and organizing stuff so it’s ready for our great adventure!

Yesterday was our last day with our Sunday school classes at Faith Baptist Church in Youngsville.  We’re gonna miss them a lot.  One of my favorite memories with my Sunday school class is when we went on a retreat together called Spring Retreat.  The memories I made that weekend will be treasured forever.  It was hard to say goodbye.

So far all that we’ve planned for this week is; this Monday is when we start school, this Tuesday we’re planning on hanging out with some friends and the rest of the week hanging out at the house (aka, Range Monster) and making our rig road-ready. But of course plans can always change…
